The Green Prince

Let's hear it for Prince Charles, who as a major public figure is at least trying to make a difference by setting a good example regarding global warming. He joins Al Gore in a noble effort to raise public awareness regarding what many consider to be mankind's most serious problem. This is in stark contrast to George W. Bush and his administration, who are utterly oblivious to the issue, with their heads firmly up their asses. America is one of two industrialized countries (Australia being the other) not to have signed on to the Kyoto Protocol on climate change .

Yep, good on Prince Charles for telling his staff to ride bikes, and saying that he himself might get the odd train. Still he's kept his Aston Martin and Bentley .... But then again maybe he'll have a word with his brother, Prince 'Air Miles' Andy

I'm sure Prince Charles "carbon footprint" dwarfs Al Gores. What with palaces and vacation cottages, Bentleys and private royal jets and the like he makes Al Gore look like a pauper with his three little 'ol mansions and his hitchhiking rides on his Hollywood pals' private jets.

But then I'm the problem here in urban America with a four cylinder Toyota and modest 1200 sq ft house burning clean natural gas for heat. I get so tired of you a$$wipes chiding us average Americans simply living our lives, going to work, raising our kids for being the scourge of the Earth. I friggin recycle and take the damn bus everyday for God's sake. Global Warming as a result of my energy usage is a farce. Climate change is a reality and it has been changing long before SUV's and industrial America! Why don't you focus your attention on the filthy communist and former communist nations that are literally toxic waste dumps??? China has more miles of dead rivers than all other countries combined. Why don't you condemn them for that ?
Al Gore is not courageous, he is an opportunist, that all. Why didn't he "fight" for this baloney when he was the flippin Vice President of the United States?

America hasn't signed the Kyoto protocol because it would nearly bankrupt the US Economy. Kyoto has cost other nations BILLIONS with very little effect.

Also, please see Ice Shift Theory before you post anymore of you Global Warming boogey man stories.
