If the current Democratic presidential nomination process was fair and had been based on qualifications, Delaware Senator Joe Biden would have been the nominee. But alas, the same American electoral system that gave us George W. Bush two times is anything but fair, and is astonishingly based more on answering the question, "Who would you rather have a beer with" rather than "Who is most qualified and has the experience to be the most powerful person in the world.?" Anyway, Biden is unquestionably a foreign policy expert and couldn't be further from the ideological, simpleton neo-conservatives who have run this country's foreign policy into a ditch over the past 8 years. He would be a secretary of state that Americans would be lucky to have as their chief diplomat.
