That's a quote from one of the cops. I've got news for you, Mr. Cop: it was also a waste of time and taxpayer money. How about busting the booze and cigarette importers and exporters too? Oh, I forgot! Those drugs--far more dangerous and addictive than weed, are taxed, regulated, and, therefore...just fine and dandy!
