Only chimpanzees should take offense to this cartoon. Yeah, they fling shit at each other and maybe they freak out and maul a person from time to time, but they are far too evolved of a species to have written the stimulus bill.
That being said, it's not the first time Obama's been compared to a monkey (remember the currious george shirt - obama in 08). The print is not only underlined racist but evokes presidential assassination by the white power base.
I was thinking more congress than Obama since congress creates and writes the bills not the President. Then again some people see race issues in everything.
