It appears that Norm Coleman has definitiely lost his Senate seat in Minnessota, and as this article claims, is doing little more than now filing frivolous lawsuits in order to prevent his rival Democrat Al Franken from being seated.If this is indeed the case, than Coleman is putting himself and his party in front of the interests of the people.
Which tells me that it's a good thing that he lost, and that the country will be a better place because of it.
