To the best of my knowledge, this isn't a satire piece from Saturday Night Live or The Onion or anything like that. This is the current Republican leader of the US House of Representatives, John Boehner, citing Cow farts as a primary cause of global warming...Even though this segment was taped on Sunday morning, one must question aloud whether Boehner was drunk or stoned when he gave it. These guys ran the country for the past 8 years...
