William "horse's ass" Kristol was formerly Dan Quayle's Chief of Staff. That fact alone should tell you about all you need to know about this guy.

Unfortunately, he still commands a loyal following due to his frequent appearances on Fox 'news', and he is widely regarded as having provided the main intellectual reasoning and rationale for the neocons to persuade George "Puppet" Bush Jr. to invade Iraq.

Now he's resurfaced with constructive advice for the Republican party as the country grapples with the subject of health car reform...
