One Party Rule

From Mark Sanford to the Minnesota Senate race, the news keeps getting worse for the GOP.

Shockingly, it's led the United States to be on the verge of having de-facto one party rule with the Democrats. This is a frightening concept because as we all know from experience, power corrupts.

However for the country to move forward politically and to give voters a legitimate choice, the modern Republican party in its current form needs to continue to wither on the vine and die.

Bible thumping, anti-gay, anti-immigrant, pro guns, anti-abortion social conservatives are currently aligned with the national Republican party, but they freak out the vast majority of mainstream Americans.

They need to leave and form their own party. Republicans need to get back to their fiscally conservative roots and drop the weird stuff.

The aftermath of the disastrous presidency of George W. Bush proved to be the tipping point that led to the extinction of the modern Republican party.

But one party rule is not good for sound government or for the country in general.

So my advice for the GOP is to hurry up and die.

What do we have now but ONE PARTY RULE and it's not just that, it's the SOCIALIST PARTY!

And such harsh words! quote:So my advice for the GOP is to hurry up and die. unquote
What kind of statement is THAT? How undignified of you.

We have not had a political party that was originally set up by the Republic since Woodrow Wilson pulled the plug on this country in 1913.

Please research the teaching of Ron Paul, Bob Barr and Alan Keyes.

Oh, and HAPPY INDEPENDENCE DAY. If Senate passes the Cap & Trade bill, this will be the final Independence Day for the country. But then I've noticed the media now promotes it as "Happy 4th of July"....is that like "Happy Winter Holiday"?? Hmmmmm. I'd hate to be accused of discrimination so have a Happy 5th, 6th, 7th, 8th of July, etc too, okay?
