The ongoing health care reform 'debate' in America has been embarrassing and disgraceful. Indeed, a pessimist might say it provides a snapshot of a society in deep, irrevocable decline.
The words 'socialism', 'Nazi', 'death panels' and 'liberty' are being tossed around by lazy idiots who haven't read a book in their entire lives, yet all of a sudden are experts on finance, health, and political theory...
These are the same dolts who voted for George W. Bush in 2004. They are pigeons: impressionable little puppets who watch Fox News every night and actually take it seriously.
President Obama, your quest for bipartisanship and friendliness towards your enemies is admirable and commendable, it is exactly what Jesus Christ teaches us to do...
But it is getting you nowhere with these angry, block of ice between the ears, assholes.
Go ahead and ram the legislation through.

But can he even do that? The macro trend is definitely in the dems' direction on this issue and most others, but a lot of congressmen were elected by very slim majorities and are fearful of being drummed out of office if they go along with the health care plan...
he and the democrats actually can, using an arcane legislative method called 'reconciliation, which requires a simple 51 vote majority in the Senate. Reform has already been 'rammed' through the House, it's now up to the Senate, where Obama has been fruitlessly negotiating with a handful of 'moderate' republicans...
you are way off. the revolt crosses party lines and is not rep alone. learn the facts before you write.
The single most moronic blog post I've ever read. What a waste of 15 seconds.
Wrong on every point.
Not worth the time or attention to skewer the author.
Anonymous--by all means, skewer away!
You're not by chance a birther, deather, or truther, are you?
Maybe one of the three? Perhaps two of three?? Or all three??
Do tell!
And thanks for stopping by!
I do find it ironic that the same sentence criticising the education of people has incorrect sentence structure. But is's a sign of the times I guess...
To the point of the blog post though - it is over the top, certainly, but tot without merrit. There are a great many lies and falsehoods being spread by opponents to the bill. And I find it entertaining that the same people who support spending billions to kill people in Iraq, are against spending billions to save people at home.
I am the middle of the road Anonymous speaks of, and he is completely wrong. If you are to dispute claims, bring evidence, facts support. The tactic of just saying "It is that way because I believe it - no need for proof" is the current tactic of the anti-healthcare people - by the book.
Incorrect sentence structure? Do tell!
