The smart money is on Mitt Romney winning the GOP presidential nomination next time around, and he's trying to do to Obama what every Republican candidate does against their Democratic opposition---tar them as being weak and indecisive on foreign policy.This particular effort, however, seems to have been clumsily conceived and poorly executed.
Of course, the smart smart money is still on Obama comfortably winning reelection in 2012--
