That's good law enforcement. This video is damning evidence of this biker's reckless behavior on the road - speeding for 130, changing lanes w/o signal, wheelies, etc. There were 2 cops in the video, one behind the biker and one in front. It's obvious the biker knows he's pulled over, however, the cops don't know if he's going to run, so a show of force is needed.
The only complaint is this cop should have had his badge better shown but other than that. Job well done. Book him and take his license.
