Letterman Mocks Limbaugh on Global Warming
“These geniuses at the Weather Channel have come up with a new index, a new indices,” CBS late-night comic David Letterman complained last night. “It is the feel-like temperature.” Letterman parodied Rush Limbaugh’s rant about the heat index being a government plot to exaggerate the current heat wave, even though it first used in 1978. “Mind your own business! Don’t tell me what it feels like, all right? I am going to go out — come on.Another sign of a meddling bureaucracy trying to tell us what we feel like! That’s like someone coming into your home and saying, ‘Oh, sure, Dave’s telling jokes, but they’re not funny.’ I’ll decide, okay? Leave that up to me!”

What goes around....comes around.
Rupert Murdoch and his Fox News channel has been polluting the American TV airwaves for over a decade now, doing nothing good and everything bad for the political dialogue and discourse for the country.

Who Do You Trust on Taxing and Spending--The Democrats or The Republicans?
When Bill Clinton was president, the USA had a massive budget surplus and the country's finances was the envy of every nation on earth...
George W. Bush came into office, passed a massive tax cut for millionaires and billionaires...then launched two wars (Afghanistan and Iraq). And the above said surplus turned into the biggest deficit in nation history...
Now, President Obama and the Republican Congress are at loggerheads over raising the debt ceiling to avoid the country from totally defaulting on its debts and obligations. The country still has the above massive deficit and Obama wants to let the above mentioned tax cuts expire so that the country can continue to dig out of its' crippling debt.
The Republicans are refusing to do this...

Obama and The Economy
Congressional Republicans continue to play Russian Roulette with the debt ceiling and America's finances, and it's really not wise. The American people trust President Obama and realize he's trying to find a middle ground--but the GOP refuses to give a single inch regarding raising taxes.
In other words, who is being more unreasonable: President Obama or John Boehner?
Why isn't a deal getting done?

Rush Slaps Romney
Tea Party or a moderate candidate who might actually be able to win a general election? Or in other words, Rush versus Mitt. GOP--you choose!

Lots of people have predicted that Facebook is in the process of doing to Google what Google has done to Microsoft over the past decade....
That is, largely kill it.
Then along comes this new Google Plus feature, just released last week to blazing hot reviews...and presto! Facebook now looks old and is on the defensive....
It just shows you how incredibly fast things are changing in the consumer technology sector these days. Blackberry, Nokia, Microsoft= going the way of the Dodo Bird into extinction...
The world presently consists of a battle royale between Apple, Facebook, Google, and Amazon with each company innovating at breakneck speed.
It's good to be alive and witnessing all this.
That is, largely kill it.

Bachmann Mania! Tea Partier Storms to Front of GOP Polls
....and trust me when I tell you this is giving Karl Rove and his minions of Republican 'elders' some serious heartburn. You see, although Bachmann is a much more formidable politician than Sarah Palin is--the person she is most compared to (but then again Howdy Doody is more seriously a presidential candidate than Palin...)
Michele Bachmann stands an exactly 0.0% chance of ever being elected president...and any vote or support she gets--any, is a negative thing for the Republican party as it tries desperately to dethrone President Obama...
One simple YouTube search of 'Michele Bachmann' will fill the viewer with more than enough maniacally absurd statements to automatically disqualify her for any serious political post other than county dog catcher....

He can't be too rough with her because of the millions of toothless hillbilly Tea Partiers' who support her and who he will desperately need to show up to the polls next November...My guess is that he will attempt to just ignore her and drown her in a tub of cash.
